The product
ArcPacket is a one-time $12 digital tool. You pay Creem. After payment the site lets you download a PDF packet you assembled in the browser.
Not legal advice
It is not legal advice. It does not file anything with your HOA, read your CC&Rs, or promise approval. You submit to your own association.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the files you include and for whether they match your community’s rules.
Payment and refunds
Payment, tax, and refunds for the charge are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record. If you need a refund, email [email protected] and we will handle it through Creem.
As-is and liability
The tool is provided as-is. We are not liable for a denied HOA request, a missed deadline, or files lost because you cleared the browser.
