What the product does
ArcPacket is a $12 browser tool that stacks a homeowner’s HOA fence request files into one PDF. Files stay in the browser. They are not uploaded to ArcPacket servers.
What we collect
We do not create accounts.
Uploaded forms, photos, and PDFs are processed locally in your browser. We do not receive those files.
A draft of your form fields and files may be stored in your browser (IndexedDB) so the page can survive a payment redirect. Clearing site data removes it. We cannot read that draft from our servers.
If you email [email protected], we receive whatever you send.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log standard request data (IP, user agent, URL) as part of hosting. We do not run extra analytics pixels.
Payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). Card and Alipay data goes to Creem, not to us. See Creem’s own privacy policy at https://www.creem.io/privacy.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the packet files for marketing or training.
